Projects

Over our first 16 months we have delivered over 70 multi specialty cadaveric educational programmes. Training over 800 consultants, trainees and theatre staff delivered by our highly motivated Teaching Faculty as well as being the venue for national and international educational courses.

As we continue to develop and expand our portfolio of our surgical courses we strive to deliver comprehensive professional development opportunities for Industry. Academic faculty and consultants of the future. Delegates are met by a team of surgeons, technicians and educationalists, working together in a creative environment.

Our research projects incorporate  NHS innovations who champion the cause of healthcare innovation and  identify, develop and commercialise innovations and Intellectual Property created by NHS staff.

The NSTC is committed to providing the highest possible standard of surgical education and training.  To achieve this, we actively seek to work with partners in Research and Education who share this aim.  In sponsoring one of our highly regarded courses, your organisation will increase its profile and brand visibility to a key audience of surgeons at all levels.

With 70 courses delivered throughout the year our portfolio includes training events in Aesthetic, Breast, Cardio, Colorectal, ENT, General, Oral & Max Fax, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Spinal, Urology and Trauma and Emergency.

Our on-site catering team offer a wide variety of menus and service styles for hot and cold buffet choices for working events.

The use of the workshops is subject to availability and approval of the course specification, especially around any requirements relating to the use of cadaveric materials which is governed by the Human Tissue Act.
